Charity Status Awarded

Not-for-profit organization, LimeAid, is pleased to announce that the Canada Revenue Agency’s Charities Directorate has granted it Registered Charity status as of January 15th, 2015. This award was made expeditiously at a time when the government is rigorously scrutinizing existing charities and applications, which underscores the merit of this work. LimeAid’s official charitable purpose is “To advance education by establishing & operating an agricultural vocational school in Haiti that will provide training on sustainable agriculture and farming”.
